Financial arrangements

Travel reimbursement of 50 % of actual travel costs (maximum 200 EUR) will be provided to participants. Flight scan only be taken for distances longer than 600 km. Use of every possible reduction is obligatory. Registration fee is 100 EUR, however it is possible to apply for a reduction if necessary.
