About IYNF
IYNF is an international youth organisation bringing together more than 20 Member and Partner Organisations across Europe and beyond. Through our network of local, regional, and national groups, we connect thousands of young people who share a commitment to democracy, sustainability, social justice, outdoor education, and international solidarity.
Our mission is to empower young people through non-formal education, international exchanges, training courses, volunteering, and advocacy. We create opportunities for young people to develop skills, build communities, and become active multipliers to a more just and sustainable society.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in making these opportunities happen.
Your Role
You will coordinate international projects funded through Erasmus+, the European Youth Foundation, and other funding programmes, helping to transform ideas into meaningful learning experiences for young people.
Working closely with staff, volunteers, trainers, and partner organisations, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and growth of IYNF's international activities.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement international youth projects, training courses, youth exchanges, seminars, and meetings
- Manage project administration, timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Support the preparation of grant applications and project reports
- Maintain regular communication with Member and Partner Organisations across the IYNF network
- Support the development of new project ideas and partnerships
- Contribute to IYNF's communication, visibility, and outreach activities
- Work together with volunteers, trainers, and external partners to ensure high-quality educational activities
We are looking for someone who
- Holds an EU working permit
- Is based in Prague or willing to relocate and officially register in the Czech Republic upon signing the contract
- Has experience in youth work, non-formal education, project management, event organisation, or civil society organisations
- Has ideally at least two years of professional or voluntary experience in a national or international NGO
- Is able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Enjoys working in an international and intercultural environment
- Is willing to travel internationally and occasionally work flexible hours or weekends
- Has at least a basic understanding of grant-funded projects (Erasmus+, European Youth Foundation, or similar programmes)
- Has excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Czech is an advantage but not required
- Shares the values of IYNF and is committed to youth participation, democracy, sustainability, solidarity, and international cooperation
