Are you passionate about strengthening your community? Curious about how different generations can learn from each other? Do you want to bring fresh inspiration back to your local Naturefriends group or organisation?

Join us for a five-day international training that brings together people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences to explore how intergenerational cooperation can become a driving force for inclusive, vibrant, and future-oriented organisations.

Why this training?

Today’s communities face a growing generational gap; differences in communication, expectations, engagement, and values can easily lead to misunderstandings. Yet each generation carries unique strengths, knowledge, and perspectives. When they come together, something powerful happens: shared learning, stronger organisations, and an inclusive sense of belonging.

This training will equip participants to become multipliers, so people who bring back ideas, methods, and inspiration to strengthen intergenerational work at the local level.

What will you experience?

  • Outdoor activities that help you reflect on generational identities
  • Tools for communication, conflict navigation, and understanding different perspectives
  • Practical methods you can easily replicate at home
  • Inspiration from good practices across Europe
  • Space to design local actions that strengthen your organisation
  • A diverse learning community where every generation brings something valuable
  • Developing a small guideline to support you

What will you take back home?

  • A deeper understanding of what intergenerationality means for your organisation
  • Practical tools and methods for facilitating mixed-age groups
  • Inspiration for new activities and ways of working together
  • A concrete local plan to strengthen intergenerational cooperation
