Born in 1984, Czech
Works in IYNF since October 2013
Graduated in Czech and German Language and Literature at the Pedagogical Faculty of the University in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic.
As a student and as a fresh graduate I have been collecting various experiences in youth work, volunteering and international business. All of them had few attributes in common: intercultural cooperation, foreign languages and team efforts. When I add my passion for outdoor activities and nature, I believe I was following the path leading to IYNF already before realizing it…
I was an active member of Duha (the Czech member organization of IYNF) during my studies. I participated in many youth exchanges, I was a leader on children summer camps and I was also involved in EVS summer projects.
Random things that make me happy: fresh snow below my skis, mountains, hidden beautiful places discovered while travelling, yoga relaxation, do-it-yourself articles, overcoming myself and motivating others.
I would dare to quote Václav Havel: “Vision is not enough, it must be combined with venture. It is not enough to stare up the steps, we must step up the stairs.”
At IYNF I’m responsible for management and steering, HRM, organizational development, policies and regulations, fundraising, members and partners affairs, external representation and cooperation.
