
Tet, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, was celebrated across Vietnam between late January and mid-February this year. To honor this important occasion, our e-volunteer Ellen curated a special selection of traditional Vietnamese plant-based recipes, which she generously shared with the IYNF community.
